| Our biggest opportunity for making customers happy lies in our ability to meet our customers demands at the whim of weather patterns. Too dry - it is harder to grow. Too wet - it is harder to harvest. Too hot - demand drops. Too cold - and it's impossible to harvest. Rain forecasted - orders are cancelled on the spot. Rain forecast cancelled - orders are needed immediately. Oddly enough, these unpredictable weather patterns are perfect conditions for growing happy customers. |
